From 28 to 30 November 2018 the Sigma fair was held in Malta, an unmissable event for iGaming industry leaders. Among the topics highlighted, the remarkable growth of the online gaming market in Italy has emerged that shows a strong dynamism in the sector. Of course, there are still doubts about the imminent decisions of the Government regarding the ban on advertising.

The flourishing market is that of online in Italy that certainly has yet to express its maximum, flanked by already established companies such as AWP, VLT and traditional games such as lotteries, scratch cards and so on.

The Maltese event, supported by more than 400 sponsors, saw the presence of over 12,500 participants from over 80 countries who have exhibited numerous products in terms of slot machines, table games, card games, e-sports and much more. The event hosted conferences and workshops based on topics related to the evolution of electronic gaming in Europe as well as on other continents. Sigma 2018 has demonstrated this year that it has reached a new and higher level: no longer a local event but a global content aggregator.
